1. Charisma - you can't be a good leader if no one likes you or believes in your cause.
2. Responsibility - Your company won't go anywhere but down if you are not a responsible leader.
3. Able to think on the fly - Sometimes you need to make on your toes decisions that could make or break your company.
4. Morals - Sometimes morals will gain you more respect than results.
5. Intelligence - Pretty simple. If you aren't smart you won't succeed.
