Opening Assignment December 14/11 REPOST

I would try and talk to him and se if he is serious about his job. See if he knows that what he is doing could cost him his job if it continues. I would do this in a fair manner at first and I would also imply a 3 strikes policy for the employee. I think that is a fair thing to do. If he takes his third strike then he is fired because I don't have time for those who don't care about their job. I gave the employee a fair chance to change his ways. But I'm positive that their are better workers that would love to have that employee's job.

  1. I agree with the 3 strike rule it gives them a chance to change what they are doing wrong if they are really serious about their job.
